About Me
I graduated from Northern Arizona University with a degree in Business Management (Go Lumberjacks!) before earning my master’s in Physician Assistant Studies at Midwestern University. I spent 15 years in Family Medicine in Mesa, Arizona, caring for patients of all ages.
Early in my career, I saw how many people were struggling with prediabetes and newly diagnosed Type 2 diabetes. That’s when I developed a one-on-one education program to help patients understand their diagnosis, make realistic changes to their diet and exercise, and reduce their reliance on medications.
Recently, I earned my certification in diabetes reversal through the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. It gave me valuable tools to help certain patients, but I believe there’s no “one-size-fits-all” approach to health. My philosophy is to meet each person where they are and create a plan that works for their life.
When I’m not working with patients, you can find me spending time with my family, enjoying the Arizona sunshine, and finding new recipes to share with friends and clients. My goal is simple: to guide you toward better health, one step at a time.
